All of the living space within “Trefriw”
including kitchen and bedrooms have outstanding
views and look directly over the golf course and
the sea taking in spectacular views of Tenby,
Pendine and then directly onto the Gower
Peninsular and Caldey Island. On a clear day the
view includes North Devon. |
Every downstairs room provides direct access onto the
the large patio stretching the full length of the house.
This offers fantastic outdoor living space, with ample
garden furniture, a barbecue and an outdoor heater. The
panoramic view can really be appreciated from the patio.
There is a terraced garden with access down steps.

On entering the house, it can be appreciated how much
living space is available.
Downstairs has a large kitchen, dinning and sitting area
with a television. In addition there is a separate
lounge also with a television. Both rooms enjoying the
view and with access onto the patio via the three sets
of French doors.
Off the kitchen is a separate utility room with sink,
washing machine and freezer. From the hallway there is a
WC and wash hand basin, but it is not suitable for
wheelchairs.
On
the first floor which is accessible from the hall by
stairs, there are four double bedrooms: -
A large Master Bedroom with king size bed and recently
refurbished large white en-suite, with a double size
shower, wc and wash basin. This bedroom also has the
only direct access onto the balcony with a table and two
chairs again with spectacular views.
There are three further double bedrooms, the second one
which is very large with a double bed and lots of spare
room, one with a double bed and the other has twin beds.
Travel cots will fit in any of these rooms.
The large family bathroom has a shower over the bath, WC
and wash hand basin with a shaver point.

All towels and bed linen provided, the light switches,
work surfaces and power points at normal height
Car parking for four vehicles very close to the entrance
to the house.
There is good mobile phone reception

Penally is served well with public transport, the
regular bus stop 200 metres away running between Tenby
to Haverfordwest via Pembroke. There is also a railway
station just 500 metres from the house on the Swansea to
Pembroke train line. |

Tenby (Welsh: Dinbych-y-Pysgod, meaning little town
of the fishes or little fortress of the fish) is a
walled seaside town in Pembrokeshire, south-west Wales,
lying on Carmarthen Bay.
